Michael started his recruitment career in 2013. He is focused on the DACH region, with a particular emphasis on Austria and Switzerland. He is able to build lasting relationships with candidates and clients with his consistent and transparent manner. During your interactions with Michael you will receive regular and reliable communication to guide you through the process.

He goes above and beyond for both candidates and clients. This may be helping a candidate and their family relocate country, suggesting schools for children, areas to live or introducing them to useful local people in the cities. For clients he has an envious talent pool for local specialists and those across Europe. He is a freelance specialist and is often asked to advise companies on their compliance process for working with freelancers. All these qualities demonstrate his deep market knowledge and ability to provide a holistic recruitment approach. Outside of work Michael is desperately trying to lower his golf handicap and enjoys following Chelsea FC.

Elliot comes from a background studying Business & German, and brings with him continental work experience having worked in Germany, Netherlands & the UK. He has 8 years’ recruitment experience, of which he has extensive experience partnering up with companies across Germany. From international start-ups/scale-ups in Berlin, to established market leaders in the traditional German speaking parts of the country, Elliot has been able to advise client & candidates within permanent hiring process.

Elliot makes time to understand your business’ needs and how effective recruitment can help a company realise its goals. He has a strong mantra on sending quality over quantity and believes in open, transparent communication at all times.

From the candidate perspective, Elliot is friendly, well-mannered and informs you with regular updates to make sure that any job search is as simple and stress-free as possible. Aside from recruitment, Elliot likes to spend his time playing any sport possible, going to gigs/festivals across Europe and one day hoping Aston Villa will return to their glory days.
