01 — Brief & Alignment
Before we approach anyone, we agree the brief with the people making the decision: the problem the hire needs to solve, the technical requirements, the rate or salary, the culture, and what good looks like six months in. It’s a short conversation, and it saves weeks later on.
02 — Market Mapping & Delivery
You see the landscape before anyone is approached: who’s available, what they’re earning or charging, and what it would take to move them. Then comes the shortlist, with each profile explaining what the person has delivered, in which environments, and why they fit this role.
03 — Onboarding & Support
For contract and SoW, we handle the compliance and onboarding so the project starts cleanly and on time. For permanent hires, we stay involved through the offer and the first months. Either way, we keep in touch with both sides, so there are no surprises.
