It’s safe to say that our first year has flown by! We have brought on new clients, started a contract book, built a website, moved office (three times!) and learnt, a lot.

Thanks to Mike & the team at Fifteen Ten for building our website. They’ve done a great job getting our message across and bringing the SO Digital Recruitment brand to life. Here you can discover more about our owners, what we do, our live vacancies and see what candidates and clients say about us. In conjunction with our LinkedIn and Instagram pages we will be providing regular content to our followers.

Over the past 12 months we’ve made an effort to see candidates and clients. We have visited Berlin, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Vienna and Zurich and there is still some more travelling to do before the end of 2022. Personal meetings are a key component of our work, as there is no better way to build and develop relationships. We are looking forward to seeing you as soon as possible.

Since incorporation we’ve invested our time laying the foundations of the business, not just in terms of sales but also operationally and financially. We’re proud of the achievements so far and will look to build on this moving forward.

The plans for 2023 are being put together and we’ll be excited to share this with you soon. Until then, here’s to a strong Q4 of 2022.

We look forward to building on these exciting visual foundations towards an ambitious future in the field of digital talent across DACH.
